Introducing @mercedes.foy What got me into rugby?I was a county level athlete and our track (Thurrock Harriers) happened to be right next door to the local rugby club (Thurrock RFC). I knew they had a ladies team and it intrigued me. My friend persuaded me to go along when I turned 16. That was the beginning of the adventure.Something unusual about me?Same meal preparation every match day.!What was/is your dream job? From a very young age I dreamed of being a PE Teacher. I was the first person in my family to go to university and achieve my dream. I am living my dream job ever since. Just recently I have got involved as a volunteer, with the Cayman Islands Rugby Club. I am loving promoting and raising the profile and playing numbers of girls and women's rugby on the island.@sportista.co@authenticyou_retreats @caymanphysio @blissyogacayman @_si_girl_womenclothing @stingraycayman

Introducing CarlaCarla Yee Sing1. I got into bodybuilding by accident as i had broken my ankle in a Taekwondo class and was doing my rehabilitation at the gym in Kingston when the coach for the Nation Bodybuilding team asked me to join them. After couple of weeks of watching the team train i decided to give it a try and 4months later I won my first bodybuilding show.2. I don't know what is unusual about me but I have a lot of discipline and I have a deep desire for health and fitness. So when you combine those qualities plus I am a mixed Chinese/Scottish/and Black Jamaican woman, it makes me different.3 My dream job was to be a doctor but the sight of blood is not my thing. But i still wanted to help people get healthier and happier lives, so I dedicated my studies to helping people along that path. I love the chance of changing peoples' lives for the better. Achievements:Carla has been competing in the world of Body Building and Fitness since 1998. She has won numerous First place titles throughout the Caribbean, Central America and the USA and also been featured on numerous fitness calendars. Her most notable one winning 1st place in the heavy weight division and overall female winner of the 2004 World natural Body building Fedration Pro Natural event. This earned her the title of Ms. Universe.Carla is not to be messed with as she is also a 2nd Degree Black Belt – International Taekwondo Federation@sanctuaryspa.ky@authenticyou_retreats @blissyogacayman @sportista.co @caymanphysio @priscilawelter @_si_girl_womenclothing @stingraycayman
